Payment

For online orders we accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit card transactions are handled on a secure site by Moneris. Moneris is a joint investment between Royal Bank and Bank of Montreal.

Shipping

All online orders are shipped via Purolator. Overnight or second day delivery is available to most major Canadian centres.

Typical orders will ship within one business day of being received. You will receive an email stating when your order will ship and the estimated delivery time.

Alternately you can check with Purolators web site for estimated delivery times. Use ACC's postal code (T1Y 7E5) as the point of origin.

Product Returns

Should your purchase be unsatisfactory or inappropriate for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an immediate refund. (Stock products only). A restocking Charge may apply to product returned not in original condition and packaging.

Contact an ACC representative for a valid RMA number prior to returning any products.

Warranty

All products carry a complete repair/replace warranty. If a product fails under normal use, call for an RMA number before returning it to us. All copper cable products carry a 5-year warranty, fibre cables carry a 1-year, and electonic products carry a 2-year warranty.
